The company, in fact, focuses on the continuous, permanent training of its technicians with instruction on new laser systems and updating courses on systems already installed.

SEI Laser places the same focus on the technical team of its customers, preparing them, assisting them and certifying them. The updating courses are scheduled regularly throughout the year to ensure that the laser systems are used in a professional way.

REMOTE DIAGNOSIS: SEI Laser guarantees immediate technical assistance via remote control software: all that is needed is a simple Internet connection to check the status of the system, analyse the problem and schedule the maintenance service.

TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE: incoming telephone calls are handled immediately by our team, who hand them over to the different technicians depending on the customer’s needs and the technical features of the problem.

ON-SITE ASSISTANCE AT THE CUSTOMER’S COMPANY: if the customer’s problem cannot be handled remotely, our technicians will provide prompt assistance at the customer’s sites.
